With over a century of experience in the meat industry, we specialize in fresh veal and lamb products all sourced from family run farms. Our milk fed veal is grown in Pennsylvania and all of our lambs sourced from ranchers in Colorado. All of our veal and lamb carcass’s are Halal certified.
